Roadworthy Recipes

Crispy Rice Potatoes

Prep/Cook Time: 45 minutes
Prep Method: Oven
Oven Temp: 350

Ingredients

  • Melted butter (enough to cover all wedges)
  • Crushed crispy rice cereal (enough for a nice coating)

Directions

Peel (if preferred) potatoes, quarter into wedges. Dip into melted butter, then in crushed crispy rice cereal. Put into pan and bake until tender and golden brown. If browning too quickly, cover with foil.

Notes

These can be done in the oven, electric fry pan or on the grill.
