Place ground soy crumbles, beans, tomatoes and chili seasoning into a saucepan and heat. When desired temperature is reached, spoon into bowls, top with shredded cheddar cheese, a spoonful of sour cream and diced onions.
Notes
Browned hamburger may be used in place of the ground soy crumbles. My family likes to use corn chip scoops to eat the chili.
