Hobo Hamburger Potato

Prep/Cook Time: 1 hour
Prep Method: Coals or Fire Pit
Oven Temp:

Ingredients

  • 1 hamburger patty/chicken piece
  • 1 cut-up potato
  • Sliced onion, to taste
  • 1 cut-up carrot
  • Seasonings, to taste

Directions

You will need a hamburger patty or thawed chicken piece, a cut-up potato, some sliced onion and diced carrots along with any seasonings you prefer (I like oregano, seasoned salt and some pepper). Place the hamburger patty/chicken on a large piece of foil and place all the veggies and seasonings on top. Seal up the foil and place the whole package under hot coals until the hamburger/chicken is cooked to your liking.

Notes

My whole family and I enjoy this one, and it takes under an hour to cook. Best part? No messy dishes to clean up.
